Welcome to Lee County HMIS!Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
HMIS is a computerized data collection application designed to capture over time client-level information on the characteristics and service needs of adults and children experiencing homelessness. HMIS is designed to aggregate client-level data to generate and unduplicated count of clients served within a community's system of homeless services, often referred to as the Continuum of Care (CoC). HMIS can also cover a statewide or regional area, and include several Continua. For those included in an unduplicated count, the HMIS can provide data on client characteristics and service utilization. For more details about HMIS please visit the (HUD website).
Who are we?
Lee-County Department of Human Services. Our Department serves as a collaborative hub for resources (Federal, State, Local, Private, and Non-Profit) designated to aid economically disadvantaged individuals and families in our community. Client Services Network
The Client Services Network application is a Comprehensive Case Management and Client Tracking software solution available only through the internet. The application is designed to meet the client tracking and reporting needs of both government and not for profit social service agencies. CSN allows for a certain amount of user customization at the agency level. Over 20 standard client related reports are built into the system and include both demographic and results related reports. In addition, the software is capable to generate the HUD-APR report. The software is provided by Bell Data System, INC. (BDS).
